By making a booking with ferienhaus-botterell, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

• A booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.
• Full payment is due no later than 4 weeks before check‑in.
• If full payment is not received by this date, the reservation may be cancelled and the dates released.
• All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

• Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellations, modifications, and refund eligibility.
• Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

3. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

• Check‑in: from 16:00 (4:00 PM).
• Check‑out: by 10:30 AM, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.

4. GUEST CONDUCT

• The property is to be used for residential purposes only. Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the house.
• Guests are asked to respect the house, neighbors, and local community, maintaining quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.

5. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY

• Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss occurring during their stay.
• Any such incidents must be reported to the host prior to check‑out.
• The host reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning resulting from damage or misuse.
• The host is not liable for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings, or for any accidents or injuries sustained on the property, except where required by law.

6. HOUSE RULES

• By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the House Rules.
